NEW UPDATES

SAILING SCHEDULE PERFORMANCE (ON ECU360)

  • The ECU360 platform will now display the historical average transit time as the “AVG Performance” for our direct services. This information provides valuable insights into the reliability and efficiency of our sailing schedules.

MY TARIFF FOR IMPORT/EXPORT

  • Introducing the new ‘My Tariff’, providing customers with a direct link to access their global or regional tariffs.
  • This feature enables users to easily access and review their specific export and import tariffs, empowering them to make informed decisions and manage their pricing strategies effectively.

OVERSEAS CHARGES FOR DAP & EXW

  • The Overseas Tariffs for DAP/EXW Inco Tariff Group will now be applied by default to all customers, except for Global Accounts.
  • For Global Accounts, ECU360 will first search for agreed tariffs. If no specific tariffs are found, it will fall back on the Default Standard Tariff of the overseas

PRIORITY OF OVERSEAS CHARGES

  • When fetching overseas tariffs for DAP/EXW/DAT/FCA, any charges maintained by the local office will take priority over the same charges obtained from the overseas office.
  • In eg Origin office can maintain a DTHC. When Customer obtains a DAP quote, the DTHC maintained by the orgin office will be applied ‘overwriting’ the DTHC maintained by the overseas destination office.

  • FCL Quote to Booking Enhancement:
    The FCL (Full Container Load) quote to booking process will now take over the quote container selection, particularly in cases of specific containers.
  • Multiple Promo Banners:
    ECU360 will now support the display of multiple promotional banners, allowing for enhanced marketing and communication opportunities.
  • Unsubscribe Link on “Keep me Informed” Mailers (Track n Trace):
    An unsubscribe link will be included in the “Keep me Informed” mailers related to Track n Trace services. Customers can easily opt-out from receiving further notifications if desired.
  • Domestic Trucking Registration Emailer:
    An emailer will be sent out to facilitate the registration process for domestic trucking services, ensuring smoother onboarding and utilization of this offering.
